Starting Intermittent Fasting again. So skipping breakfast in the morning & i just drink water, and tea or coffee in the morning. For lunch which was at 1pm today i ate Rye bread toast with peanut butter and 3 sweet plantains baked in the oven with cinnamon sprinkled on top of them. After work i had quinoa with garbanzo beans, red beans, and avocado. After workout i will have a bar or oatmeal. Then water the whole day up to 12pm next day. Below are the pictures of my meal.
