Lunch After Workout

After 14Hour Intermittent Fasting. Got done with my workout on empty stomach. Lunch is Oats with Nutmeg, All Kinds Of Nuts, dried Mangos, Dates, Dried Apples, Yellow Raisins And Vanilla Rice Milk. -
